Where did the technology originate?

The technology behind Broquet actually originates from 1941, when Russian Scientists, together with Mr. Henry Broquet, who was the top RAF engineer, developed it to allow the British Hurricane fighter planes to fly in Russia on the poorer quality fuel available there. Broquet has been continously improved through the years and is used around the world as an enviromental product.
