DAIHATSU YRV
The supermini YRV, small 5-door hatchback, first went on sale locally in 2001. The base model is powered by Toyota-derived 1.3-litre engine producing 87bhp. Both the manual and a 4-speed automatic with SteerShift are available. A turbocharged YRV was introduced in 2003. The 129bhp YRV Turbo hits 100km/h in just 9 seconds. The Turbo comes only in automatic form.
