    that's how i'll describe broquet. i don't know about GDI engines, don't know about VTEC engines, don't know about CVT engines.... but i sure know that broquet works fantastically well on my 1.5 Corolla(A) VVTi engine. These are the sentiments expressed by a very convinced Mr Hauw Wee, Managing Director of Tuck Lee Ice Works. "I first had Broquet installed in my own cars - a Lexus and a Citroen - and was amazed at the results. The cars ran more smoothly, delivered increased fuel economy along with improved engine performance."

On the strength of Broquet's performance in his own cars, Mr Hauw Wee then had Broquet installed in every one of his company's fleet of 30 vehicles! "The fuel savings alone, more than 15%, more than justify the cost of installation and that is just the tip of the iceberg."

The delivery drivers of his vehicles have reported quicker engine response and increased power, especially in the mid-range. They now need only down shift one gear on an incline instead of two! Impressive as these results are, Mr Hauw Wee cites substantially lowered exhaust emissions as one benefit that he's especially pleased with. "As a responsible corporate company we obviously want to do whatever we can to protect the environment - and in this area Broquet has proved particularly efficient."

Mr Hauw Wee recounted how the very first delivery vehicle he'd purchased in 1993 had a persistent problem with emissions - belching black smoke - and that was also underpowered. "The vehicle was obviously not suited to bearing a 950kg cold box atop it. Loathe to part with the very first commercial vehicle the company had purchased, previous vehicles were leased, I'd had the vehicle serviced and even upgraded the engine. Nothing seemed to work."

On the point of selling the vehicle Mr Hauw Wee decided to give Broquet a shot first. "Within a week it no longer was 'smoking' and runs fine now." The rest as they say is history.
