HYUNDAI
Hyundai Accent
Getting from point A to point B in a relatively comfort journey is not a problem for the Accent. The Accent has quite a lively chassis but 1 letdown is the overall build quality and materials used. Although it is not luxurious build but nevertheless, all the basic functions allow one to get around in comfort.
Hyundai Coupe
Featuring nice design both inside and out. A plus point is the attention catching outlook for cruising round the city while the inside has improve greatly compare to before. Sporty design cues like gauges positioned in the center console, instrument cluster, air-con vents and driving position has improved as well. Both 2-litre & 2.7-litre versions are available but the Coupe doesn’t performance as well as it looks.
Hyundai Elantra
With its improve styling and well-appointed cabin, the Elantra has evolved into a better looking car. Though the performance is not something to boost about, but it is still a point A to point B car without any problems. With pricing almost on par to Jap make, the Elantra seems to lose its competitiveness.
Hyundai Getz
Given its sporty looks and compact shape, mated to either a 1.3-litre or 1.6-litre engine one would wonder how well this small mini can performance. Driving in the city is ideal as there is an automatic available. Ride comfort while cruising is pliant, but its lacks the firmness and precision during hard driving. Although interior space isn’t fantastic, and builds quality is on par for the price you pay.
Hyundai Grandeur
The largest sedan in the Hyundai’s family, with styling designs borrowed from European premium marques. Armed with a refined 3 litres V6 engine, owners have little to complain about considering the huge savings compare to its Japanese rivals. Though the suspension might be a little soft than pliant.
Hyundai Matrix
Best selling MPV that offers a decent level of space available in the market. Cabin design is by far better than some other models, and the centrally mounted instrumentation is well ahead of its other rivals. The Matrix do offers several features that make it easier to transport people and cargo and it is available in 1.6 and 1.8.
Hyundai Santa Fe
The most appealing aspect of the Santa Fe has got to be the Japanese manga-effect. With its appendages and muscular contours that result in a unique shape that offers an attractive mix of affordability, size and utility.
Hyundai Sonata
An executive-level sedan from the first generation till now, the Sonata has evoled and proves to appeal to people who place more emphasis on road presence. As far as the price tag is concern, nothing comes close to the Sonata with big cabin space. Coupled with good sound insulation and a Tiptronic-style auto-box helps to make long journeys more bearable.
Hyundai Trajet
Converted into a more practical 8-seater, the Trajet is available in both 2 and 2.7 litres engine. The smaller engine tends to feel a little under-power with full load while the bigger engine unit may feel more brisk. Fitted with features that will help make long journeys enjoyable, the plastic quality are not quite on par with its Japanese counterparts.
